Advantage of direct expansion air handling units:


No water system, no secondary heat exchange, no large computer room and control, simple installation and construction


The difference with other air conditioning units:


1. Good sealing, heat preservation and pressure bearing performance (low air leakage rate, low deformation rate, no cold bridge);
2. Avoid secondary pollution (dry water tray, hydrophilic membrane surface cooler, no belt dust, no bacteria breeding)

Parts and material:


1. Frame and panel:

A. Adopt double-sided incubator panels, all outer panels are made of color galvanized steel, and the inner panel can be equipped with color galvanized steel or stainless steel according to user needs;
B. The thermal insulation layer is directly foamed with rigid polyurethane (PU) with a thickness of 50mm;
C.The box board adopts patented anti-cold bridge technology.


2. Heat Exchanger:

A. The standard configuration is copper tube with aluminum fin with anticorrosive hydrophilic coating

B. The collection tube is all made of red copper tube, and the welding quality of the same material is guaranteed;

C. The expansion tube adopts a mechanical low-speed pulsation process, which has high heat transfer efficiency;

D. Pipe pressure test and leak detection one by one, the maximum working pressure can reach 25bar;

E. Equipped with stainless steel dry condensate pan;

F. If necessary, the machine can be equipped with antifreeze protection device for coil maintenance during shutdown


3. Electric heating:

A. Adopt thermal ceramic electric heating element; no short circuit problem, which helps to eliminate fire hazards;

B. No electricity on the surface, no electric shock hazard;

C. Heating element has no oxidation problem and has a long service life;

D. Each PTC is equipped with a high temperature protection switch;

E. Can offer duct type PTC electric heating box


4. Electrode humidifier:

A. Adopt Swiss condair electrode humidifier;

B. Integrated structure, beautiful appearance, more convenient for maintenance outside the cabinet;

C. Replaceable or washable humidification barrel, maintenance-free electrode;

D. Equipped with stainless steel humidification nozzle and connecting hose;

E. Equipped with water quality adjustment It can adapt to the humidification needs under various water quality conditions;

F. It can be controlled by the unit controller to achieve continuous control of the humidification amount;

G. Or it can be equipped with a humidification controller for independent humidity control;

5. Others:
